First Time Log In InstructionsOn or after September 4th click the Get Started below for instructions on how to perform a First Time Log In on the new Digital Banking platform. Mobile Banking InstructionsTo get started on your mobile device you can: Follow the First Time Log In steps on your computer and use your new credentials to log in on the new mobile app or Follow the First Time Log In steps on the new mobile apps (see below). Download or Update the Apple iOS AppApple iOS users will not need to download a new app. If you have automatic updates enabled, you shouldn’t need to take any action. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, you will need to manually update app to use the new version. Download the Android AppAndroid users will be required to delete the old App and install the new App on their phones.

The first time you log into the new Online Banking you will also be asked for:
Where can I find my member number?
Will I be able to use the same username to log in the first time?For improved security, it will no longer be possible to include your member number anywhere in your username. Usernames must have a combination of letters and numbers. Will I need to download a new mobile app?
Will I need to answer security questions during the first log in?No, we will not use security questions for multifactor authentication. Will recurring transfers between TAPCO members carry over?Yes, the transfer amounts and frequency will be carried over to the new online banking platform and members will not have to make any changes. Will account nicknames be carried over?No. You will need to rename any account you wish to have a nickname. This is easily done by clicking the account, clicking details, then click the pencil next to Account Nickname. Will I need to reset my password and accept disclosures the first time I log in to the new Online Banking?Yes. Will Bill Pay payees and payment history transfer over?Yes. Will recurring external transfers remain unchanged?Yes. How much Bill Pay history will carry over?395 days of transaction history. Will I have to re-enroll in eStatements?No. You will just have to accept the disclosure.
