Log into Online Banking to transfer funds from an External Financial Institution account to your vehicle or personal loan.

Setting up a new External Account may take several days to validate. Please allow 7-10 days to complete the validation and transfer process when adding a new External Account.

Automatic Deductions

Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Authorization, and TAPCO will automatically deduct your payment from your External Account. Once the form is filled out, email it to ContactCenter@TAPCOcu.org

Visit one of our convenient South Sound Branch Locations or one of the thousands of Shared Branching locations nationwide to pay a loan by cash or check.

Phone payments (fee*) can be made by calling our Contact Center. Please call 253.565.9895 or toll-free 800.345.7183 and press 2 to speak with a Contact Center Representative.

Check Remote Deposit

Write yourself a check from an External Checking Account and deposit it into your TAPCO Checking account via the TAPCO Mobile App using Remote Deposit Capture. You may then pay your loan account with the funds remotely deposited into the account.

External Bill Pay

Send TAPCO a payment via your primary Financial Institution's Bill Pay.

Log into your primary Financial Institution's online banking and start a new Bill Pay. Enter your TAPCO member number-loan number (1234567-123) and use TAPCO's zip code 98464-0369.

Web Portal Payments

Payments can be made with a debit card or electronic check (fee**). To use this service, you'll need to create an account. To make your payment, you'll need your member number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

* There is a $15 convenience charge when using another financial institution's account or debit card.

** There is a $15 convenience charge for this service. You can set up a recurring payment from the account of your choice. There is a one-time charge of $15 for this service through the web portal. If you stop the recurring payment and set it up again at a later date, you will need to pay the convenience charge again.
