Hooray for online loan payments!
TAPCO provides several options to make online loan payments. Loan payments made from a TAPCO account are free and simple to make by calling our Contact Center at 253-565-9895 or through online or mobile banking. Simply login to your TAPCO accounts from the home page.
You may also set up an Automatic Transfer (ACH) from an external account at no charge on any specified date. There is no charge for recurring ACH transfers. To set up Automatic Transfers, complete the Automatic Loan Payment Authorization Form at least 7 business days prior to your loan payment due date.
If you want to make your loan payments from accounts at another financial institution, we offer two options for a convenience charge: Web Portal or Pay by Phone.

With new and improved online transfers from TAPCO, make loan payments and move funds between your accounts fast—including those from another financial institution. Manage your money with flexibility and build your nest egg on the go by creating a recurring transfer or scheduling one in the future. Make payments instantly by transferring funds to your TAPCO loan accounts from other institutions.
To get started, log into Online Banking and click on the ‘Transfer’ tab at the top of the home screen. Then select ‘External Account Transfer’ to link your other financial institution accounts.

Payments can be made with a debit card. To use this service, you’ll need to create an account. To make your payment, you’ll need your member number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. There is a $15 convenience charge for this service.
You can set up a recurring payment from the account of your choice. There is a one-time charge of $15 for this service through the web portal. If you stop the recurring payment and set it up again at a later date, you will need to pay the convenience charge again.
Pay by Phone
Phone payments can be made by calling our Contact Center. There is a $15 convenience charge when using another financial institution's account or debit card. Please call 253-565-9895 or toll-free 800-345-7183 and press 2 to speak with a Contact Center Representative.
