Existing Online Banking Users - Let's Get Started on the New Platform!

Follow these steps to log in to the new online banking platform for the first time on your computer.

Mobile App First Time Log In: Start on Step 2 on the new mobile app, entering your username and password.

	Visit the TAPCOcu.org homepage, click the Login drop down, and add your current username. Click Proceed.
	Enter current password. Click Log In.
	Click Get Started.
	Add last 4 digits of SSN, Member Number, and Zip Code. Click Continue.
	Select Authentication method (text or email), verify the phone number or email to the right looks accurate. Click Request Code.
	When you receive the verification code via email or text, enter it into the verification code box. Click Next.
	Create a new password that satisfies the password requirements. Confirm it by retyping it in the Confirm Password box. Click Next. * Please Note: you may be asked to change your username in this step if it doesn't meet current requirements. If the process is successful, you will enter the new Online Banking Dashboard with your accounts visible.
