Quicken & QuickBooks Conversion

 

ATTENTION: Intuit Quicken & QuickBooks Conversion

TAPCO Credit Union is migrating to a new online and mobile banking platform on September 4, 2024. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your Quicken or QuickBooks software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below.

Quicken   QuickBooks

The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:

1st Action Date: Tuesday, September 3, 2024
A data file backup and final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download on or before this date.

2nd Action Date: Wednesday, September 4, 2024
This is the action date for the remaining steps in the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that we get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

QuickBooks Online

 

Intuit aggregations service may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during this outage:
    Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
    QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

Credit Card & Loan Transactions

Credit Card & Loan transaction are supported as a simple debit or credit  transaction. Credit card accounts will be processed as a line of credit. Quicken and QuickBook users will need to map the account as "Other Current Liability" account.
