Pay a TAPCO Consumer Loan from a TAPCO Account
You can transfer money from your TAPCO Savings or Checking Account to make a payment on your credit card, Auto Loan, Personal Loan or Line of Credit or your Home Equity Loan. Just log into Online Banking to complete the payment. And if you're not enrolled in Online Banking, it's an easy process.
Pay a TAPCO Consumer Loan from a Non-TAPCO Account
You can also make a payment on your TAPCO Auto Loan or Personal Loan by transferring money from your account at a different financial institution, all within Online Banking.
Setting up a new External Account may take several days to validate. Please allow 7-10 days to complete the validation and transfer process when adding a new External Account.
Check Remote Deposit
Write yourself a check from your account at another financial institution and use Mobile Deposit to deposit the money into your TAPCO account through our Mobile App. Then you can easily transfer that money to make your loan payment.
External Bill Pay
If you have an account at another financial institution, you can use their bill pay feature in online banking to send us payment.
Just enter your TAPCO member number-loan number (ex. 1234567-123) and use TAPCO's zip code 98464-0369.
Web Portal Payments
Payments can be made with a debit card or electronic check.* To use this service, you'll need to create an account. To make your payment, you'll need your member number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Automatic Deductions
Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Authorization form and we'll automatically deduct your payment from your account at another financial institution. Once the form is filled out, email it to [email protected].
At a Branch
Visit one of our convenient South Sound branch locations or one of the thousands of Shared Branch locations nationwide to pay your TAPCO loan by cash or check.

Phone payments** can be made by calling our Contact Center at 253.565.9895 or toll-free 800.345.7183 (option 2).
* There is a $15 convenience charge for this service. You can set up a recurring payment from the account of your choice. There is a one-time charge of $15 for this service through the web portal. If you stop the recurring payment and set it up again at a later date, you will need to pay the convenience charge again.
** There is a $15 convenience charge when using another financial institution's account or debit card.
