Qualification and Documents Needed to Join:
- Social Security Number / ITIN: We will need your Social Security number / ITIN to securely verify your identity.
- Government ID: Have your government-issued identification or driver's license on hand.
- 18+ U.S. Resident: You must be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident to open an account.
- Qualify for Membership: You must live, work, worship or go to school in the state of Washington or be a family member of someone who qualifies for membership.
