New and better online payment portal is coming!
On April 18th our new online payment portal will be available, you will have to create a new account in the new portal, all other service will be the same.
We know your time is valuable. Please remember loan payments (via account transfer) made from a TAPCO account are free and simple to make using Online Banking. Please use the Online Banking login to the left to access your TAPCO account. You may also setup an Automatic Transfer (ACH) from an external account at no charge, this transfer would happen each month on the day you specify. There is no charge for the recurring ACH transfers.
If you want to make your loan payments from accounts at another financial institution we also offer two options for a convenience charge.
Web Portal payments can be made with a debit card. To use this service you’ll need to create an account. To make your payment you’ll need your member number, your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. There is a $15 convenience charge for this service.
You can set up a recurring payment from the account of your choice. There is a one-time charge of $15 for this service through the web portal. If you stop the recurring payment and set it up again at a later date, you will need to pay the convenience charge again.
